Payments

Placing an Order

Orders may be placed via our website, by email, or by telephone. When ordering online, please select the products and quantities required and proceed through the checkout process. You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at the time the order is placed.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

 

Prices & VAT

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to order acceptance.

 

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless a credit account or alternative payment terms have been agreed in advance in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at checkout or at the time the order is placed for orders made by email or telephone.

 

Back Orders

If an item is not currently in stock, it may be placed on back order. Where this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait.

 

Order Confirmation

An order will be deemed accepted when we issue an order confirmation, confirmed acceptance in writing (including by email) or dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

 

Card Security

All online card payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Card details are not stored or held in plain text on our website.
